Zied Jaziri Mourns His Son’s Passing
I’m sad to write that Zied Jaziri lost his son yesterday in Koweit. His wife went into premature labor (6 months) and the baby passed away days after.
This is immensely depressing for fans of this fantastic player who put everything, including his own health, on the line when he donned the Carthage Eagles jersey. He is one of the few that put the national team ahead of his club career and his legend is very much intact in the minds of Tunisians who remember the joy he brought them on more than one occasion.
Even his switch to Kuwait has been a success as he captained his team, Kuwait Kaifan, to the league and cup double. My heart goes out to Jaziri, his wife, and the rest of his family in this time of mourning. We love you Zied, you are in our thoughts and always will be.
Inna lillahi wa inna ilayhi raji3oun.

This might not be the most appropriate place to bring this up, but any thoughts on Lemerde…Sorry Lemerre being named Morocco’s coach, and where does that leave us?

Hey Skander, was gonna write about that yesterday but ran out of time. Hopefully today after work I can get into that.
