Yassine Chikhaoui
This is the Tunisian Wonder . He is 19 yrs old. 6′2, 176 pounds. I saw him play and was stunned by his pace and power and technical ability. Something like an Early Ibrahemavic. Many Tunisians love him and consider him a great inspiration and the future of the Tunisian fowards . He plays for Etoile du Sahel of Tunisia and has attracted the attention of Olympic Marseille. I caught 30 minutes of him against Uraguay. I saw him overpower and outsmart the opposition. I feel like he can take Jomaa or Essidiris place in the team.
Actually I can’t tell you how many Tunisians love this guy and support his place on the first team. I always thought we need a big body striker like Drogba or Van Nistelrooy . He is quite a monster. Roger Lemerre, give this guy a chance!!

as an Australian ,i was stunned by his performance..and lol not to mention – his looks.from zinedine zadane to al jaziri(who i also quite stumbled across)he is excellent i saw him on the feild and i was dazzled.i was surprised why Roger Lemerre wouldnt assign him in the game against spain in the worldcup 2006 finals.i hope he gets to play against Ukraine and hopefully beat them after the spanish defeat(i couldnt believe they let go at the least 15 mins of the second round!!!they were stunning and in my opinion pressurized the spanish..certainly better)so we can see more of his and jaziri’s talents and the rest of the team..and to think hes only nineteen.
ps.(i cant find any of his pictures online..do you know any?)

[...] Closest to my age? Tunisia’s Yassine Chikhaoui, who was born 12 days after me on September 22, 1986. At least he looks older than me (not difficult), I guess… [...]
