U21 Squad Oozing With Talent
On February 11th the Carthage Eagles face Holland in Rades. However, this will not be the only international friendly taking place on Tunisian soil as the U21’s take on France in Sousse on the same day. The game will start at 5:45 pm so as not to conflict with the senior squads match which kicks off 8:30 pm.
Skander Kasri, the U21 coach, has called up 26 players. As the title of this post suggests, the list is brimming with potential. Included are players that impressed at the 2007 U17 World Cup in South Korea (Bilel Ifa, Mossab Sassi, Wejdi Jabbari, Atef Dkhil, Nour Hadhria, Habib Tounsi, Youssef Msakni, Oussema Boughanmi) and new European based talent.
Here are the callups by club courtesy of infosfoot.
Etoile du Sahel: Aymen Abdennour, Slim Jedaied, Adnène Raddaoui, Sassi Mossaab
CA Bizertin: Farouk Ben Mustapha, Wejdi Jabbari, Haythem Ben Salem
Club Africain: Atef Dkhil, Slim Marzouki, Bilel Ifa, Zouheir Dhaouadi, Hamza Messaadi, Nour Hadhria
AS Marsa: Bilel Ben Messaoud
Espérance ST : Habib Tounsi, Seifeddine Chamari, Mohamed Ben Mansour, Hamza Tlili, Hamza Baghouli, Youssef Msakni, Mohamed Ali Ben Hamouda
Sparta Prague-Rep.Tchèque: Aymen Belaid
FVl Bochum II-All: Mohamed Labiadh
En Avant Guinguamp – Fra: Oussama Boughanmi
Fiorentina – Ita: Ramzi Aya
Werder Brême – All: Firas Tayari
It’s nice to see us spotting our young guns abroad early and incorporating them into the mix. These players will be useful in the future and we must nurture them well so they will be ready for upcoming challenges. The future looks bright. This list might be more interesting than the senior squad’s…

Nice
, seen a bit of nour hadria, dhaouadi, ifa, but never heard of aymen belaid.
Since he plays in the Tchèque republic he must be the little brother of Tijani Belaid or am i mistaken
and who are these other european based players, i’d really like to know more about them

He is Tijani’s brother
I know some of the new names but I’ll do research on all and update.

I am also wondering if aymen belaid is the brother of Tijani. We have some great talent and i think this might be a win.
Also Khallfallah scored today for his club Caen in the 2nd minute. Good to see him carry momentum into wednesdays game.

ben khalfallah didn’t score, it was scored as an own goal, but he might have had something to do with it.

An extensive list with the names and clubs of many Tunisian young players in Europe was given by the Journal of Professional Tunisian Players on the Kooora forum to Skander el Kasri a month ago.
Here’s a link for the journal (I’m its “vice-president”):
