Hahaha, I learned my lesson after Burkina Faso beat us at home :( I said before qualifying I thought we would top our group (which is way easier than yours) without too many problems but I was made to eat my words on the first game. I think you guys will get your revenge today. Good luck. I want you to qualify, as long as its not at our expense.

Oh and Yassine, I think the federation timed this game to coincide with the Euro match on purpose! They didn't want lots of people to come and boo Lemerre so that's their solution. It's really sad because our team needs the support. They should start playing more matches in places like Bizerte, Sfax, Sousse etc. so that the stadiums get packed and we can have that intimidation factor. Right now when teams come to Rades they just see mostly empty seats and they think that they can take us. Plus its a nicer field than they're used to playing on so they all of a sudden start playing better than they're used to! I really think the federation should start scheduling more matches in other locations. The fans from other regions would almost certainly show up in great numbers to make sure it's a success so that it happens again. It's unfair that everything happens in the capital!

Word, thanks for the info Thamer. We ended up tying Egypt 0-0 so they topped the group (and won the tournament) on goal difference. I'm pretty sure Sassi was the leading scorer of the tournament though having scored four out of five of our goals in it. I read in a newspaper that he got quite the reception by Etoile fans when he made it back to Sousse. Pretty cool.

I was planning to go to this match since the last 2 weeks to see by myself the last game of Lemerre with Tunisia, to boo him and to see him get cursed by the fans for everything he did, for his cowardliness.
But I decided not to go to watch the Holland - Russia game tomorrow.
Here's the lineup I'd like to see tomorrow (although it's impossible, because Lemerre's in charge):
_________________________Balbouli
Chammam (If he were selected) - Felhi - Ghzel - Mikari
_______________________Ben Yahia
_________________Nafkha
_________________________Belaid - Ben Saada
________________Mouihbi
___________________________Chermiti

Thank you Rami! And the day has come; Roger Lemerre's final game coaching for tunis. But I am hoping that wont be the line-up that the Radio announced. I like to attack, especially against a weak team:
_________________Balbouli________________
Hamammi_____Felhi________Ghzel____Mikari
_______Yahia________Mnari_______Belaid___
_________________Ben Saada______________
__________Chermiti_______Mouihbi________
I would love to see this line-up.
Good luck tunis
