These kinds of accidents always happen around the holidays, when people are driving a lot and unfortunately, drinking a lot too. I really hope that wasn't the case here, but regardless it won't bring any solace to that poor family. I hope it turns out that he wasn't at fault, but if he was, I hope he is fully prosecuted.
