It sounds like there is much more transparency in the selection process than before, which is great! Kasraoui might not make it, althrough after watching the performance of Mejri against Hammam Sousse, Im beginning to wonder. Anyone was how Bilel Bachouch scored against Esperance. This kid appears to be on fire! I think we need to do some soul searching in the goal keeping area. Any suggestions?

Anyone watched Dimanche Sport? Mokhtar Tlili was a guest and he truly made a complete ass of himself, in my view. He said that he had 3 assistant coaches and that none of them is ever invited to "technical meeting". His reasoning is that they'd never agree and besides it's his ass that would be on the line if the team does not win games! Talking about dictatorship!

Good luck to our 3 teams in the CAF this weekend. I'm taking Friday afternoon just to watch JS Kabilie - Etoile at 2:30 pm Chicago time on ART America. CA and CSS play in El-Menzah on Saturday at 12:30 pm.

Tijani Belaid is a starter and will help us a lot agaisnst Burkina Faso. I still dont know why Kasraoui is still getting a spot in this preliminary list. he will be cut as well as Essifi, Ifa, Chammam, Ragued, Ben Khalfallah, and yamen ben zekri all should be cut. most of these players that played in the angola game did not play very well. I dont know much about Khalfallah and chammam i just dont like him (not a good player for national team). I hoping Chikhaoui will be ready by October when we play Seychelle. Anis Boujélbane is finally here and excited about his addition. He will be great.

Interesting question Abdullah. I think at top form it's Chikhaoui but you never know, Coelho could also find a way to fit both of them on the field. He aligned a lot of offensively skilled players together in the last match which was nice to see.

Yassine, it's funny you ask where Chikhaoui is because you kind of predicted one of my future posts: An open letter to Yassine Chikhaoui wondering where the hell he is and how the hell he is doing. Apparently he's rehabbing that knee still. I just wonder if anything else is going on.

Houssem, thats the right attitude. He's closer to the players than us and seems to be making rational choices so far. 3 points matters but we also need a good goal difference. 1-0 won't do to top the group. We basically have to go and whoop them. Won't be easy but anything is possible in football.

Yassine, Belaid is back so we wont't have to worry about chikhaoui that much now, but im wondering who will coelho pick as " THE " attacking midfielder when chikhaoui comes back.

Belaid or Chikhaoui ?

I think (prefer) that these are the players that won't make the final 23:
Ifa, Essifi, Jemaa, Ragued, Kasraoui, Boujelbéne and Jaidi or ben Zekri
Please tell me where's Yassine Chikhaoui.

I'm not sure about some of these choices, but if they bring back 3 points from Ouagadougou, I won't say a thing. Let's give the man and his players a chance.
