Player Quotes: Tunisia, Saudi Arabia
This was a thrilling match for anyone who is not a supporter of Tunisia or Saudi Arabia. For the fans of both teams im sure there was stress involved. Here are the player quotes.
Also here are the coaches quotes.
It seems both teams are happy with gaining 1 point but both feel like they lost 2 because at one point they each were winning. I hope both teams take this feeling and really try and win against Ukraine and Spain. Spain showed us amazing skills and their 4th goal was the best thing ive seen in a long time. Ukraine is now determined and feels like it can still go through. However I really hope Tunisia and Saudi Arabia give Ukraine and Spain a difficult time and gain points. If Tunisia beat Spain that will be phenominal.

Because of his racist comments, I usually disregard just about everything Luis Aragones says but I find it interesting that in the aftermath of Spain’s resounding win over Ukraine he goes to say that Tunisia “is a better footballing side than the Ukraine.” I hope we can show that on the field.

Aragones is right this time, Tunisia is a better footballing side than Ukraine and that we all know. The fact is that Aragones is worried about the games agains Tunisia and particularly Saudi Arabia, that is because both teams play short passes an posess high skill level. They play in a similar style as Spain. When teams play in a similar manner they tend to understand each other smoves wich makes difficukt for both sides to move freely. While the Ukraine plays the typical northern European style which depends on strenght and long balls to Sheva, and that makes it easy to predict their game.
If Ukraine might win against the other two, but by using the physical strenght to more. But again that is highly unlikely based on what I’ve seen so far.
