Nafti Back in Action

Birmingham City midfielder Medhi Nafti is working his way back into fitness with the goal of playing in the World Cup fully in his mind. Nafti, who suffered a serious cruciate ligament injury during pre-season, has recovered quicker than expected and has taken part in reserve games fort he English club. He is hopefull to see full side action in a few weeks. He said:

“I have to prove to myself first that I can get back to where I was before,” he said.

“After that, I would like to help Birmingham before the end of the season, to save them from relegation. Then after that I will speak with the national manager.”
