List for Austria/Namibia Friendlies

This list was actually available earlier last week but it was missing the five Etoile players that were invited so I decided not to post about it until after those players were announced. Apparently Lemerre thought that letting players know they had made it or not into the team before such a big match was probably a bad idea. No need to tamper with anyones confidence so I think he made the right decision.

The List:

Goalkeepers: Hamdi Kasraoui, Adel Nefzi, Aymen Mathlouthi

Defenders: Wissem El Abdi, Wissem El Bekri, Ben Fradj, Haggui, Yassine Mikkari, Salah M’zali, Alaeddine Yahia, Seif Ghezal

Midfielders: Tijani Bellaid, Ben Saada, Jawhar M’nari, Mehdi Nafti, Houcine Ragued, Kamel Zaiem, Chaker Zouaghi, Mohamed Ali Nafkha

Strikers: Yacine Chikhaoui, Dos Santos, Issam Jemaa, Ali Zitouni, Aymen Chermiti

Tunisia will face Namibia on the 17th of this month and then Austria on the 21st. I haven’t seen Kasraoui play much recently so I don’t know about his current form but honestly with the way Balbouli/Mathlouthi (he goes by two names as some of you may know) played in Cairo I think he could pick up first team duties. The guy was an absolute rock in goal. Some people are suggesting the team should include more Etoile players because they already have great chemistry and could be the backbone of the national team, sort of how the Egypitan national team is comprised of so many Ahly players. There’s already five present, do you think there should be more? If so who?
