Thanks for the update Thamer. Very upsetting news. Hopefully he stays positive and works himself back into shape. The key will be not to rush back. This might affect his eventual transfer. Hopefully he showed enough when healthy...

Hey Moni, I haven't heard that on any radio or tv show but I think that there's a decent chance it could happen. I rate Marchand higher than Decastel but there's no doubt that the Swiss coach is capable of taking over at ESS and doing well. He used to coach at Ivorian side ASEC Mimosas which produced almost the entire national team (The Toure and Kalou brothers, Dindane, Eboue, Zokora etc). Whatever the case, I'm sure Etoile has been giving some serious thought to the next coach.

He would probably start as soon as Lemerre's contract expires (June 30th). He still has a contract with Etoile that he has to fulfill and I'm pretty sure it expires around the same time.

As for Chermiti, I heard that rumor too and it just made me laugh. This Turkish team has been linked with him, Jemaa, Ben Dhifallah and Dos Santos (who I think might have signed there but its not clear). Chermiti is way out of their league I think. I seriously doubt he would leave for the Turkish league unless it's to Fenerbahche. It seems that his next destination might be France though because the news on sport express (mosaique fm) was that he just took a 48 hour absence from training in Sousse to go to France for "some reason." He was probably doing a physical for someone (I'm thinking either Rennes or Marseille because they've been heavily linked with him). He's not playing this weekend in the Champions League (red card in super cup) so I guess they thought he could bounce for a little and handle business. We'll see what happens. He'd be a huge hit at either club I feel. I'm still holding out hope he makes it to Ajax where he'll be certain to get playing time.
